
Health Safety and Sustainability Engineer MQT
The HSE&S Analyst & Reporting Engineer is responsible for transforming Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability (HSE&S) data into actionable insights that support risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
This role integrates operational HSE&S data streams, develops robust reporting and analytics solutions, and enables leadership to make informed decisions through accurate, timely, and meaningful performance dashboards, metrics, and analyses.
The position acts as a critical link between HSE&S operations, digital systems, and business strategy, ensuring data integrity, transparency, and alignment with internal standards and external reporting requirements.
0-2 years of experience HSE&S and Sustainability Data Expertise.
HSE&S and Sustainability KPIs interpretation.
Data Analysis and Statistical Competence.
Digital Tools and Systems Proficiency (PowerBi, AI).
HSE&S Regulatory, Compliance, and Disclosure Support.
ISO14001 / ISO45001 Management System.
Microsoft Apps.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with digital tools and technology-driven workflows.
Commitment to safety standards, ethics, and continuous learning.
