HSE / Site Safety Manager
Location: Eastern TX

Compensation: depending on experience

Vector Talent Solutions is a veteran-owned workforce solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations identify, attract, and hire top talent. We are currently seeking an HSE/Site Safety Manager for a client in the construction and hospitality industry.

Leads site health, safety, and environmental programs to maintain compliant, safe, and proactive project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project-specific safety planning, orientation expectations, and hazard-control processes.
• Perform audits, inspections, field observations, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Support incident response, investigation, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to integrate safety into work planning.
• Track safety metrics, subcontractor performance, and compliance documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement in safety behavior, communication, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction hazards and control methods.
• Ability to influence field teams and enforce expectations professionally.
• Experience with safety reporting, investigations, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
