
We are looking for a HSEQ Specialist to join our France office, ideally starting in September–October.
In this role, you will work closely with other HSEQ professionals across ALMACO and a wide range of internal project teams. This role is split between two locations, with typically 2–3 days per week spent in Saint-Nazaire and 2–3 days in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre. The exact distribution may vary depending on ongoing activities. The role might also includes occasional travel to other sites.

Actively contribute to Quality and HSE topics within the Catering Systems Division
Support the development and continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and ways of working
Ensure HSE presence and follow-up at project sites when needed
Update and develop Quality Management System (QMS) and HSE documentation
Prepare and maintain project quality plans (PQP), HSE plans, and divisional procedures
Support different teams in updating processes, templates, and documentation
Monitor and support the implementation of HSEQ plans across projects
Work together with project teams to capture and follow up on lessons learned
Track and support the handling of non-conformities and corrective actions
Conduct internal and external Quality and HSE audits
Lead risk assessments and support mitigation planning
Participate in accident investigations and ensure proper reporting and follow-up
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and KPI tracking
Prepare training and communication materials related to processes and improvements
Collaborate with the wider Group HSEQ community and participate in cross-divisional discussions
Take part in regular meetings such as project reviews and HSEQ forums

A relevant background in Quality, Health & Safety, or Environmental management
Experience working with ISO 9001, and ideally familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken)
A structured and proactive way of working, with attention to detail
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
Interest in developing practical and effective processes
Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
A hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership
Curiosity and motivation to continuously improve ways of working
