Your Role
Reporting to the National Risk & Safety Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Wanless Way' Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) programs across NSW.
You'll work closely with operational teams to promote a positive safety culture, assist with workers compensation and return-to-work processes, conduct site audits and inspections, support training initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement across the business.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be conducting a site inspection, the next supporting a return-to-work plan, facilitating safety communications, or contributing to a major client tender submission.
