Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join our Brisbane Head Office in a unique, blended role combining HSEQ Management and HSEQ Auditor responsibilities (approximately 50/50).
This position plays an important part in maintaining and enhancing BGIS’ Integrated HSEQ Management System across Australia and New Zealand. You will support ISO certification requirements, oversee internal and external audits, and provide clear, meaningful performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
Reporting within the Corporate HSEQ team, you will work closely with operational and business teams to ensure statutory and contractual compliance, while contributing to a culture of safety, care and continuous improvement.
This role suits someone who is thoughtful, detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to balance systems oversight and practical auditing responsibilities.

Following successful completion of probation, a hybrid arrangement of two days in the office and two days working from home is available, supporting both collaboration and focused work time.
