About the Role

As a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, environment, and quality across our operations. This autonomous role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in both office and field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage WH&S, Environment, and Quality Management Systems.
• Assist in business development by preparing proposals and tender submissions.
• Provide hands-on advice and support to leaders, ensuring compliance with vehicle standards and maintenance protocols.
• Participate in management review and change management activities.
• Coordinate HSE and compliance activities at site levels.
• Lead HSE initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain robust safety practices.

Skills & Experience:

• Certificate IV or diploma in occupational health & safety.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant HSE legislation (Acts, regulations, Codes of Practices).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Proficiency in hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
• Experience in incident/non-conformance investigation.
• Experience as a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with team members, management, stakeholders, and customers.
