We are looking for a talented HSE Training Supervisor to join our team specializing in Health, Safety and Environment for our Cummins in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. (100% on site)

Coordinates and facilitates general and specific training programs. Assists with the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training programs. Works with vendors and educational organizations to develop and deliver training programs.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Identify training needs through audience and task analysis, recommending effective learning solutions and improvement plans.
  • Develop instructional content and training materials aligned with corporate standards, including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, assessments, and job aids.
  • Research and evaluate external training programs and vendors to identify high-quality learning opportunities.
  • Track and report individual and group training progress using standard systems and tools.
  • Support the development and execution of training evaluation plans to measure program effectiveness.
  • Analyze training results and feedback data to recommend improvements and strengthen learning outcomes.
  • Coordinate technical trainers

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

  • Intermediate English Level
  • Previous experience managing training systems
  • More than 3 years experience as a Training Analyst or Training Specialist

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Mandatory)
