We are seeking an experienced HSE Systems and Training Manager to lead the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Safety, Sustainability, Quality and Training Management Systems across Hastings Deering. This is a permanent, fulltime opportunity based out of our Archerfield Head Office.
About the Role
In this leadership position, you will be responsible for ensuring our HSE and training systems are compliant, efficient, user friendly and aligned to legislative requirements and operational needs. Working closely with stakeholders across Hastings Deering and Sime Industrial, you will lead system improvements, digitalisation and training frameworks that strengthen safety performance and support long term operational capability.
You will play a pivotal role in simplifying processes, enhancing compliance visibility, and ensuring our people have the right training, at the right levels, at the right time.
