The HSE Systems & Compliance Coordinator supports the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of SP’s environmental, health, safety, sustainability, and compliance management systems across SP’s manufacturing and field service operations. This role is responsible for supporting HSE reporting, ESG and sustainability initiatives, compliance systems administration, customer compliance requirements, training coordination, and governance activities. This position works closely with site leadership, service teams, and corporate functions to ensure required records, actions, reporting, and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong follow-through, initiative, problem-solving ability, and comfort working cross-functionally with multiple business teams.
