Support implementation of Voith’s core HSE programs, including risk management, hazard analysis, environmental compliance, and behavior-based safety initiatives.
The HSE Supervisor – Construction & Commissioning is responsible for the field-level execution, monitoring, and enforcement of HSE programs across construction and commissioning activities.
This role supports the HSE Manager – Construction & Commissioning by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and Voith Hydro’s HSE Management System, while actively promoting a strong safety culture across project sites. The position requires a strong field presence, technical competence, and the ability to engage with supervisors, contractors, and project teams to drive safe and environmentally responsible operations.
