
Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.
Your focus as an HSE Specialist (m/f/d) in wind farms:
You implement the measures defined in the company’s Health and Safety Plan and ensure their effectiveness during construction and installation. You also organize HSE inspections related to occupational safety and environmental topics (e.g. waste, emissions, chemicals, resource consumption) and actively participate in improvement projects within the Concrete Tower organization.

YOUR TASKS
• Coordinate and monitor HSE measures during the installation of hybrid towers
• Review and verify HSE documentation from subcontractors, including RAMS, HSE plans and training matrices
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and HSE guidelines on site
• Conduct HSE inspections on construction sites and with subcontractors to ensure safety
• Perform quality and safety controls and support the identification and resolution of safety-related issues (e.g. anomalies or deficiencies in occupational health and safety)
YOUR PROFILE
• Certified Safety Specialist (SiFa) qualification, a comparable qualification, or relevant training and/or professional experience in safety-related functions, ideally within the construction or wind energy sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction and knowledge of machinery inspection
• Proficient in HSE-specific software
• Understanding of construction processes and knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and national HSE regulations
• Very good English skills, German is a plus
