Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Promote HSE Standards: Put into practice and uphold health, safety, and environmental policies by performing regular inspections, and risk assessments to confirm the workplace adheres to all regulatory and company standards.
• Support Safety Training and Incident Management: Assist in developing and delivering safety training programs, while also participating in incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend actions that prevent future issues.
• Manage HSE Documentation: Maintain all necessary safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and inspection checklists.
• Contribute to Environmental Sustainability: Actively participate in initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint, such as waste reduction programs and energy conservation efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical, or science.
• 0-3 years of experience in HSE role, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented personality and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Very good command of English language, both spoken and written, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
