About the role
The position is primarily responsible forHealth and Safety in NSWYou will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Health and safety auditing and reporting
Providing coaching and feedback to employees and managers
Supporting workers compensation claims processes with our external management provider
Skills & experience
Experience in conducting health and safety auditing
Experience influencing across multi-site multi-disciplinary blue collar environments
Strong communication and engagement
