Job Description

  • Performing Health & Safety duties in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the company’s internal standards, including:
    • Participating in occupational risk assessments and updating the related documentation.
    • Conducting accident investigations, determining the circumstances and causes of accidents, and preparing the required documentation.
  • Supervising compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental Protection rules within the organization, including areas related to the delivery of renewable energy projects, wind farms, photovoltaic farms, and BESS projects at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Creating, updating, and implementing Health & Safety and Environmental Protection procedures, instructions, and standards tailored to the specific nature of the company’s operations.
  • Cooperating with global teams in implementing management standards and certification of management systems in the area of Health & Safety and Environmental Protection.
  • Analyzing the state of occupational safety, identifying hazards, and recommending corrective and preventive actions across all company locations, including field and office environments, both domestically and internationally.
  • Initiating and implementing activities supporting the development of a strong safety culture and building Health & Safety and Environmental Protection awareness among employees.
  • Organizing, conducting, and supervising Health & Safety and Environmental Protection training, including initial, periodic, and additional training resulting from organizational needs.
  • Preparing training materials, communications, and information campaigns related to Health & Safety and Environmental Protection.
  • Cooperating with employees, management, contractors, and project teams to ensure safe working conditions and environmental protection.
  • Cooperating with global teams in reporting, implementing standards, and exchanging information related to Health & Safety and Environmental Protection.
  • Participating in internal and external audits and preparing the organization for inspections and checks in the area of Health & Safety and Environmental Protection.
  • Monitoring the implementation of post-inspection and post-audit recommendations, as well as corrective and preventive actions.
  • Cooperating with external institutions, supervisory authorities, and service providers in the area of Health & Safety and Environmental Protection.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, and summaries related to occupational safety for local and global purposes.

Requirements

  • Experience in He alth & Safety and Environmental Protection, preferably in a technical, energy, construction, infrastructure, or project-based company.
  • Qualifications required to perform Health & Safety service duties.
  • Very good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Experience in implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems will be an advantage.
  • Very good command of English, enabling daily cooperation with international teams.
  • Ability to prepare Health & Safety procedures, instructions, reports, and documentation.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions, audits, and preventive activities.
  • Independence, responsibility, and the ability to cooperate effectively with managers, employees, and external contractors.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in working in an international environment, as well as in preparing and delivering presentations and public speaking.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Proficient use of MS Office, including the use of AI tools.
