– HSE Officer

Position: HSE Officer
Location: UAE
Industry: Civil / Infrastructure Projects
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures at project sites.
• 
  Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• 
  Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company safety standards.
• 
  Monitor work activities including civil, infrastructure, precast, bridge, road, tunnel, desalination, and building projects.
• 
  Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workforce and subcontractors.
• 
  Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
• 
  Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices across all site activities.
• 
  Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.
• 
  Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and records as per project requirements.

Requirements

• 
  Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 
  NEBOSH / IOSH certification mandatory.
• 
  Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Civil or Infrastructure projects.
• 
  Experience in projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, precast, desalination plants, or buildings is mandatory.
• 
  Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.
• 
  Strong communication and reporting skills.
• 
  Immediate joiners only.
• 
  Candidates on agency visa with immediate mobilization will be given priority.
