Requirements;

• Bachelor Degree in any major
• WSH (K3) certification, Accident Investigation, Mine Safety Inspection technique, Pollution control and water sampling technique, Environmental Management of Mining, Training penanggung jawab operasional pengolahan air limbah.
• SMKP Implementation certification
• SMKP Auditor will become more valuable

Responsibilities;

• Address areas of non-conformance to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through corrective actions.
• Analyze areas of non-conformance to WSH standards to
  determine reasons for non-conformance.
• Analyze how different approaches may impact the problem solving outcomes.
• Conduct learning activities to enhance WSH standards and
  practices.
• Develop an action plan based on best solutions identified during WSH solutioning discussions.
• Develop corporate social responsibility policies for logistics operations.
• Develop measures to enhance organizational awareness of environmental protection.
• Develop novel approaches to solve problems that are complex in nature.
• Drive WSH activities to ensure department compliance with requirements.
• Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.
• Facilitate discussions on WSH reports and findings.
• Formulate WSH solutions based on analysis of WSH reports.
• Formulate environmental protection policies and procedures.
• Implement advanced environmental protection policies and procedures.
• Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities.
• Organize internal audit schedules for quality, safety and health, and customers.
• Review allocation of resources across different business
  activities.
• Review changes in compliance/tariff/rate/cost/quotation requirements and eligibility to manage impact on compliance operations.
• Review different aspects of project management based on priorities and needs.
• Review environmentally friendly trends in the industry for implementation
