What we offer:

  • Responsibility for the Quality Management System as well as the systems for Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management worldwide, in line with the latest standards and in compliance with legal and internal requirements
  • Continuous improvement of global occupational safety performance indicators
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental protection regulations in Germany (including certification)
  • Conducting and ensuring internal audits and training; supporting the preparation and execution of external audits
  • Responsibility for certification management in the QHSE area in Germany and worldwide

What we are looking for:

  • Completed technical degree with several years of professional experience in quality management
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Confident use of common IT tools, ideally including SAP
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
