Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and programs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Lead internal audits and inspections to ensure consistent adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with management to develop strategies for minimizing environmental impact.
• Organize HSE training sessions for employee to enhance safety culture throughout the organization.
• Manage incident investigations and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Stay abreast of new regulations and best practices in the industry to improve our HSE protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in environmental science or safety engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE roles within concrete ready-mix or cement manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risk and devise realistic solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and influence others regarding safety and environmental compliance.
