Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HSE Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to showcase your full skillset on a prestigious project here in Riyadh, managing a team of fellow HS&E professionals within your department, whilst directly managing a large contractor multi-discipline workforce engaged in a 5-year D&B Contract

What You'll Be Doing:

• Directly managing and mentoring a team of SAPL HSE specialists.
• Overseeing and managing a large, multi-discipline construction contractor.
• Implementing and monitoring a new and bespoke, Project specific HS&E Management System.
• Conducting daily site visits and monitoring, reporting via Digital App based Reporting System.
• Leading follow up investigations on above reports/incidents.
• Liaising with fellow SAPL site staff, contractors and Client.
• Carrying out any mandatory HS&E Training for SAPL, Contractor or Client site staff and visitors.
• Deputise in absence of Director

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Professional HSE Certification (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma or CSP) is highly preferred or any other related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the construction and design industry.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale Design & Build (D&B) contracts from an oversight or compliance perspective.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Must have proven, verifiable experience in all aspects of Health, Safety AND Environmental, large scale Construction Project Management
• Multi-discipline contractor activity management experience
