Job Description

• Perform field and/or safety, heath, environment for construction site.
• Carry out General and Principal Inspections for equipments, especially heavy and lifting equipment, HSE method statement.
• Perform inspection on projects requiring expertise and knowledge in multiple HSE areas of construction inspection.
• Has experience and proficiency to negotiate with authorities 
• Read and interpret code, standard, requirement about HSE.
• To perform assessments and provide advice for service delivery within agreed parameters that include budget constraints and contractual requirements.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards.
• To give technical guidance to other employees, as appropriate, and disseminate information to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
• Follow up on resolution of non-compliance reports, site memo, site instruction about HSE.
• Witness & checking for maintains equipment operation and calibration.
• Performs advanced fieldwork and assists with project management.
• Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health.
• Report in a timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO), accidents and injuries and raise any health and safety concerns with your line manager.
• Follow up on resolution of non-compliance reports (NCR’s)
