The Lead HSE will drive a world-class safety culture across a multi-megawatt hyperscale campus. You will oversee the safe execution of high-risk activities—including heavy lifting (Core and Shell), high-voltage electrical works, and complex mechanical commissioning—while aligning all stakeholders toward zero-incident goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement project-specific HSE Management Plans that integrate with the Clients global safety standards.
• Contractor Ecosystem Management: Oversee multiple Tier-1 and Tier-2 contractors, ensuring their safety systems meet mission-critical site requirements.
• High-Risk Oversight: Act as the technical advisor for critical operations such as arc flash protection, confined space entry, and large-scale cooling system installs.
• Incident & Risk Management: Lead complex incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and predictive risk analysis to prevent recurrences.
• Audit & Reporting: Manage real-time safety monitoring platforms and provide performance reporting on leading indicators and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Culture Leadership: Facilitate weekly safety leadership meetings and coach field staff to foster a proactive, collaborative safety environment.
• Team Leadership

As HSE lead you shall be responsible for your HSE team which would include

Lifting operations team member Environmental Project Manager General HSE Managers x 4

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering (Civil/Mech/Elec), or Construction Management.

Experience

• 10+ years in large-scale construction, with at least 5 years in mission-critical environments (Data Centers/Semiconductor).

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of electrical switchgear, generators, construction activities, crane lifting operations, liquid cooling, and BMS/EPMS safety protocols.

Tools

• Proficiency in digital safety platforms like Procore, BIM 360, AAC, or AI-based predictive safety tools.
