– HSE Engineer

Position: HSE Engineer
Location: UAE
Industry: Civil / Infrastructure Projects
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Develop, implement, and monitor project HSE plans, procedures, and compliance programs.
• 
  Ensure all civil and infrastructure activities are executed safely and in line with project specifications.
• 
  Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety inspections for site operations.
• 
  Review method statements, risk assessments (MSRA), and permit-to-work systems.
• 
  Lead incident investigations and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• 
  Coordinate with project management, consultants, and clients on all HSE matters.
• 
  Monitor subcontractors and workforce compliance with safety procedures.
• 
  Prepare HSE reports, statistics, audits, and safety performance analysis.
• 
  Conduct safety training, emergency drills, and awareness programs.
• 
  Ensure compliance with ISO standards, UAE regulations, and client HSE requirements.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or relevant discipline.
• 
  NEBOSH International Diploma / NEBOSH IGC mandatory.
• 
  Minimum 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in Civil or Infrastructure projects.
• 
  Mandatory experience in projects such as bridges, roads, tunnels, precast, desalination, or large-scale buildings.
• 
  Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and UAE safety regulations.
• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
•

  Candidates currently on agency visa and available for immediate mobilization will be prioritized
