Hitachi Energy is currently looking for an HSE Specialist for the Dry & Traction Transformers Business to join their team in Savli , India. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.
How you'll make an impact
HSE Advice and assistance to factory management
Providing Guidance regarding HSE measures to departments of the factory
Advice on the aspect of HSE in job studies
Ensuring the use of only quality equipment
Evaluating the effectiveness of the factory’s HSE action plan
Advising on reporting an investigation of industrial diseases and accidents
Inspecting the plant in the factory to ensure safety
Investigating accidents in the factory
Investigating incidents of industrial diseases
Spreading awareness about safety measures
Acting as an advisor on the safety committee
Organizing HSE training programs for the factory workers
Assisting in the maintenance of HSE records
Preparing annual records, the industrial accidents and diseases and actions established.
Process Safety Management (PSM), Permit to work implementation, Risk Assessment implementation
Construction Safety implementation
Management of change implementation
Mechanical integrity
Contractor HSE Management and Machine safety management.
You will be ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
B. Tech/BSC/Degree/Diploma in Mech/Chemical/Civil/Environmental Engineering/Electrical with additional qualification Advance/Post Diploma in Industrial Safety
Minimum 4 years of Experience in HSE Domain in Manufacturing, Process Safety & exposure in construction Safety.
People Management and MS office, Excel, PPT
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
