Job Description

HSE Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the organization follow all relevant safety standards. Will work with management to identify hazards, develop plans to mitigate those hazards, and implement these plans on an ongoing basis.

Will Conduct internal Audits and HSE walks, problem solving investigation and KPI reporting activities, as required by Company management.

Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, in this role you will prepare and deploy business improvement and correction plans.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role in a multinational company
  • Specialized or technical degree, preferably relating to the role
  • Preferably registered Lead Internal Auditor in Safety & Environmental in accordance to ISO45001 a/o ISO 14001
  • A good knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports, work under pressure and deliver effective change within the business
  • Driven self-starter with the ability to take ownership, plan and react effectively
  • Support maintenance activities by reviewing sub-contract Safe Systems of Work, by associated RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) with relative documents

Qualifications

  • Ideally certification ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018
  • Ideally qualified professional figure ASPP provided by D.Lgs 81/08
  • Fluent English is required
