At our Mondi Abrera plant, we specialize in the production of high-quality paper sacks and industrial bags serving the construction sector. Our site combines advanced manufacturing technology, operational excellence and a strong safety culture. Reporting to the Plant Manager and the Regional SHE Coordinator, you will be the key driver of our Safe Production. This role offers the stability of a global group with the collaborative spirit of a local, high-performing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive Preventive Culture: Lead the Engagement Board and foster Cultural Behaviors.
• Partner with all departments to prevent accidents and lead investigation processes.
• Operational Excellence: Execute H&S actions, manage PRL campaigns, and coordinate emergency teams.
• Compliance & Auditing: Manage Integrated Systems (ISO 14001, 45001…), conduct risk assessments, and plan audits.
• Reporting & Budgeting: Oversee the SHE budget and provide monthly performance reporting to the group.
