As our HSE Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our operational teams to bring our HSE Strategy to life. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a thoughtful coach, and a supportive collaborator—helping teams create safe, confident, and caring workplaces where everyone can thrive.
This role is ideal for a skilled HSE professional with proven on‑the‑ground experience in the field and across multiple project sites. Your practical expertise will be essential in guiding teams through day‑to‑day HSE challenges and championing proactive, risk‑aware behaviours.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will partner closely with our operational teams to help embed safe systems of work and strengthen effective processes and practices. Your influence will help ensure our goals and targets are achieved, while nurturing a culture grounded in accountability, ownership, awareness, and empowered leadership.
You’ll take the lead in coordinating and delivering a range of HSE programs, projects, and initiatives across your business area. Drawing on your professional judgment and deep field experience, you’ll provide thoughtful advice, supportive coaching, and practical guidance to help teams navigate HSE policies, resolve issues, and continuously improve how we work.
