The HSE Analyst supports the integration of HSE requirements into daily operations by serving as a key link between employees, supervisors, and operational teams. This role is approximately 60% shop floor/field-based and 40% office-based, requiring active engagement in the operation to identify hazards, address risks, promote safe behaviors, and support compliance with HSE standards.
The position combines hands-on field presence with analytical and administrative responsibilities, driving continuous improvement in safety performance through influence, coaching, accountability, and effective risk management. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to fostering a positive safety culture.
