HSE Advisor – Systems & Compliance

Location: Perth CBD

Roster: 5/2 (Monday to Friday)

Business Unit: Resources & Energy West

Duration: Permanent Full Time.About the Role

In this role, you will manage workforce compliance platforms including MyPass and Synergy, ensuring employee and contractor qualifications, competencies and mobilisation requirements are maintained and compliant. You will also support HSE reporting, audits, incident investigations, contractor management and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting a strong safety culture across the business.Key Responsibilities· Manage and maintain workforce compliance systems, including MyPass, Synergy and similar platforms.· Verify employee and contractor qualifications, licences, competencies and training records.· Monitor workforce compliance across multiple projects and locations.· Manage competency and licence expiry tracking and notifications.· Maintain accurate workforce compliance records and reporting.· Support implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System.· Monitor compliance with legislative, client and UGL requirements.· Assist with internal and external HSE audits and assurance activities.· Promote the OneHSE culture and critical risk management programs.· Monitor and review HSE risk profiles and identify improvement opportunities.· Assist with incident investigations and corrective action management.· Support return-to-work and injury management processes.· Ensure regulatory and company reporting requirements are met.· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, compliance and safety performance.About You· Degree qualification in Work Health & Safety or equivalent· Must have experience with MyPass system.· Experience in HSE management within a high-risk industry.· Background in construction, maintenance, shutdowns, mining, oil & gas, utilities or related sectors.· Experience using learning management systems, workforce management and contractor compliance platforms.· Knowledge of ICAM or equivalent incident investigation methodologies.· Demonstrated experience implementing and improving HSE management systems.· Experience leading incident investigations.· Strong capability facilitating training sessions and presentations.· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools.· Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.· Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
