Shift: Mon-Fri 10:00-14:00
We are looking for a Health & Safety Administrator to help support the department on all
daily data collection, monitoring and reporting of all H&S information for all RSC warehouses
& Transport. The administrator would be responsible for creating action plans from audits for
the H&S team to complete while also being responsible for the reports on MHE LOLERs,
repairs and service and sending out to the relevant parties as necessary.
About the role:
You will:
● Produce daily reports, sending daily accident figures highlighting missing information
and chase relevant departments.
● Respond to general Health & Safety queries
● Maintaining the NWAS System
● Analyse the monthly accident data across all sites
● Support with the provision of First Aid and Fire Warden activity
● Communicate with Brodericks and arrange any work needed on Vending machines,
whether it be refilling, cleaning,
● Booking courses for the OFM and HSFCs to complete, and managing the request
forms for those courses.
● Ordering uniforms for DIC & H&S reps
● Keeping Alcohol and drug test replenished
About you:
You will:
● Have good organisational and planning skills
● Ability to manage your own time effectively
● Attention to detail
● Possess a pro-active and problem solving approach
● Experience in team working
● Good Knowledge of G-Suite with high computer literacy
