Job Description

The Outside Services Staff consists of bag room (where applicable) range and cart attendants. These individuals provide golf bag, golf cart and driving range assistance to guests of the property. Their duties will also include maintenance of those same operations as well.

Essential Job Functions

Brings golf carts from cart shelter to cart staging area outside golf shop.

Removes bags from bag room (if applicable) and load onto cart(s).

Greets guests at designated bag drop area and loads bags on to carts.

Gives directions to guests for golf shop, first tee, driving range, etc.

Transports range balls to driving range and fills appropriate containers.

Operates range picker on range to retrieve balls.

Washes all range balls daily.

Returns carts to cart shelter and washes carts with pressure cleaner, parks carts in designated spaces, fills carts with gas and/or and connects charger cables (where applicable).

Collects trash and litter and empties trash containers from around clubhouse, range, cart barn.

Other Duties

Performs related work as required.

Required Qualifications (Note: Any acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience that provides the above knowledge, abilities and skills may be substituted on a full-time year for year basis.)

Training and/or Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience:

None

Licenses or Certificates:

Valid driver’s license.

Special Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age.

Operation of golf cart.

Subject to background investigation.

Physical Demands:

Work requires operation of golf carts, long periods of standing, frequent walking, repeated bending, crouching, stooping, stretching or reaching; recurring lifting of objects up to 49 pounds.

Unusual Demands:

None.

Nonexempt

Compensation Steps:

Pay rate: $16.42 per hour

Grade H02, Hourly position, up to 40 hours per week
