Job Description

  1. Manage and lead all JASM's New Grads, Mid-career, and On-boarding life cycles.
  2. Review of candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors).
  3. Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide recommendations on search approaches.
  4. Evaluate candidate qualifications and determine who to move forward in recruitment process.
  5. Partner with HQ HR in people deployment support (e.g., overseas transfer/overseas assignment management).
  6. Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing plans to find appropriate candidates, and engage with talent communities using various media channels.
  7. Compare candidate skills with position requirements to determine if they are a match.
  8. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and drive candidate acceptance.
  9. Adhere to regulations and provide accurate reporting of recruiting activities.
  10. Continuously build talent pipelines and recommend solutions to search difficulties.

Minimum Qualification

  1. HR 8-10 yrs including corp HR experience and at least 5 years in mid-career and manager Recruitment.
  2. Proficient in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office.
  3. Knowledge of HR principles and practices related to talent acquisition.
  4. Japanese- Native or Business level (N1 or above).
  5. English- Business level or above

Preferred Qualification

  1. Agency experience is plus
  2. Data analysis capability& fluent in Mandarin is a huge plus.
  3. Major in Human Resource, Psychology, or Business-related fields is preferred.
