
Key Accountabilities:
Note: All of the positions in this job code perform a significant amount of administrative/project work as compared to secretarial and general office work. No attempt is made to be all-inclusive. Provide first line HR support for employees, managers and HR for different aspects of HR administration activities related to the end to end employee life cycle processes in accordance to established guidelines and business process
Maintain and update data within the HR system ensuring adherence to standard operation procedure. Process mass data change requests that are in scope (Employee change, initiate one time payments, supervisory changes, acquisitions) with high degree of accuracy and within expected service level agreements
Generate contracts, offer letter documents, and other related documents as required in accordance to service level agreements
Provide service to internal colleagues by responding to wide array of HR inquiries received via telephone and support tickets through ServiceNow. Utilize appropriate resources, follow protocols and ensure appropriate follow up until resolution
Complete assigned administrative tasks as assigned
Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Critical Expertise & Experience:
Typically 1 – 2 years HR Shared Services experience
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Demonstrated strong PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, e-mail, etc.).
Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills for the purpose of conveying information to internal and external customers, or providing information via written reports or correspondence.
Demonstrated ability to analyze basic database information for the purpose of accurately tracking/retrieving/maintaining/storing data and reporting trends or inconsistencies.
Demonstrated ability to follow protocols and service level agreements
Demonstrated problem-solving skills for the purpose of maintaining the daily flow of work, answering questions, resolving issues and producing reports.
