You have the opportunity to join our team as an HR Representative at Punto Polanco.

The HRSC Representative is a key function in the People Team operating model. He/she is responsible for two main activities: On the one hand, the HRSC Representative processes requests from employees and managers, regarding life cycle events, such as hiring, firing, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences, among others. The HRSC Representative also interacts with employees, managers and other stakeholders through chat and telephone, resolving doubts and redirecting queries.

Activities:

- Processing requests from employees and managers on life-cycle events (hirings, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences).

- Documentation creation and distribution.

- Customer interaction through chat related to life-cycle management events.

Requirements:

- Native or fluent in english, portuguese and spanish.

- Customer interaction habilities.

- Experience in the human resources area.
