HR/Payroll Coordinator

Cedar River Healthcare Center
Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time

Cedar River Healthcare Center is a great place to work, and we are looking for an organized and dependable HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This position supports daily human resources and payroll functions while helping create a positive experience for our employees.

What You’ll Do

  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Review employee timecards and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new-hire paperwork
  • Support benefits enrollment and employee status changes
  • Track attendance, leave requests, and required documentation
  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
  • Provide general administrative support to the leadership team
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous payroll, human resources, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
