About the Opportunity

A local education organization is seeking a
Payroll Clerk
to join their team on a temporary basis to support a backlog of payroll and retirement reconciliation work. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Training will be provided on retirement reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Process
  biweekly payroll
  for approximately 200 employees using ADP Workforce Now
• 
  Assist with
  retirement reconciliations
  and related documentation (training provided)
• 
  Support
  onboarding and offboarding processes
  , including paperwork and data entry
• 
  Maintain accurate
  employee records and HR documentation
• 
  Respond to employee inquiries related to
  payroll and retirement
• 
  Provide administrative support to HR leadership as needed

Qualifications

• 
  3+ years of payroll or related experience
• 
  ADP Workforce Now experience required
• 
  Strong
  attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• 
  Strong organizational and communication skills
