Job Location: Northwest Nursing Center - Oklahoma City, OK 73112 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: DayThe Human Resources / Accounts Payable position will handle the overall human resources, payroll, and accounts payable processes of the skilled nursing center. Responsible for processing/orientation of new hires, all employee related issues, new enrollees for insurance benefits, submission of bi-weekly payroll, coding and data entry of invoices for payables, maintenance of employee personnel files and vendor accounts payable files. Coordinates, facilitates, and analyzes the complete Human Resources function.
Qualifications2 years of general office experience, Long Term Care experience in a skilled nursing facility a plus. Fundamental knowledge of payroll and/or accounts payable processes. Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Office. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent benefits and competitive pay.
