HRMS Principal Analyst

Senior Business Product Owner – ServiceNow HRSD

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Product Owner to drive the adoption, optimization, and digital transformation of the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The role will focus on enhancing employee self-service capabilities, improving HR case management processes, enabling automation and AI-driven solutions, and maximizing platform utilization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and prioritize the ServiceNow HRSD product backlog and roadmap.
  • Enhance Employee Center, Knowledge Base, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent capabilities to improve employee experience and self-service adoption.
  • Optimize HR case lifecycle workflows and Agent Workspace to improve operational efficiency and case resolution.
  • Drive automation, AI, and predictive intelligence initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
  • Conduct platform maturity assessments, identify functional gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and ServiceNow teams to define requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Leverage Performance Analytics to monitor adoption, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate integration opportunities across HR systems to enhance workflows and employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD and HR Service Delivery processes.
  • Product ownership, backlog management, and roadmap planning experience.
  • Expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with HR case management, knowledge management, service catalogs, and self-service solutions.
  • Knowledge of automation, AI, workflow optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, PMO, and business stakeholders.
