Starting its operation from 2010 at Etown 2 in HCMC, BGSV is the first software development center of Bosch in Southeast Asia. The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates for various roles across the organization. This role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies, coordinating with hiring managers to understand talent needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

  1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering, for assigned technical and non-technical roles
  2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  3. Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish effective selection criteria for open positions.
  4. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume reviews and initial screening interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and compliance with reporting standards.
  6. Implement employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events to promote the organization as an employer of choice and attract top talent.
  7. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other members of the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes by sharing best practices and market insights with the talent acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in technology or engineering environments.
  • Experience with sourcing channels, ATS, and recruitment tools.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and employment law compliance.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent mapping.
  • Data-driven mindset with good reporting and analytical skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management (both Vietnamese & expats), communication, and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen with the ability to support hiring and workforce needs.
  • Digital and technology savvy with adaptability to change.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and administration skills.
  • Good English communication skills
