Galileo Global Education HUB (Hungarian Bureau) is a daughter company of the GGE Group and offers a diverse package of dedicated IT services to support our „internal” clients: Schools, Business units and Support functions, in both their Digital Transformation and daily IT operations by spearheading, supporting and managing their efforts through IT project managers, technical professionals and software developer experts.
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Workday Expert to join our international HRIS team. We are open to external consultant or 6-month fixed term employee. This is a part-time (20h) remote role with close collaboration across global HR teams as well as local colleagues in GGE HUB.
You will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and developing our Workday environment, partnering with HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient, user-focused HR processes.
Mission 1 – Customer Support: Deliver high-quality support and ensure an excellent user experience for Workday stakeholders.
Mission 2 – Workday Development & HR Projects: Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the global Workday ecosystem.
Mission 3 – Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of HR data.
Mission 4 – Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Support broader HR initiatives and promote best practices across the organization.
