HRIS Support & Functional Analyst
The HRIS Support & Functional Analyst provides operational, technical and data support for HR systems. The role supports HRIS Product Owners in the delivery of technical solutions by executing approved changes, handling user support, and maintaining system stability. The position ensures accurate implementation, data updates and reliable system operations based on requests and priorities defined by HRIS Product Owners and HR stakeholders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
Operational HRIS support and incident management (40%)
Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HR systems. Manage incidents, service requests and user queries, perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues, and ensure timely resolution in line with agreed service levels. Escalate complex technical or system-related issues to IT teams or vendors and track resolution through to closure.
Support to HRIS Product Owners and delivery activities (40%)
Actively support HRIS Product Owners by participating in delivery activities such as testing, release preparation and deployment support. Execute test cases during system testing and user acceptance testing, validate outcomes against expected results, and report defects or issues. Provide input on system behavior and technical feasibility, without owning functional solution design.
User support, documentation and enablement (10%)
Provide user support for employees, managers and HR teams, including guidance on system usage and issue resolution. Maintain and update operational documentation, user guides and knowledge base content as required. Support digital adoption initiatives from an operational and content maintenance perspective.
System monitoring and continuous operational improvement (5%)
Monitor system performance, data accuracy and operational risks. Identify opportunities to improve support processes, increase automation, reduce recurring incidents and enhance overall system reliability in collaboration with IT, vendors and HRIS Product Owners.
