  • Lead data governance efforts, including data validation, audits, and process standardization across systems.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, support workforce planning, and inform strategic initiatives such as compensation planning, talent management, and organizational design.
  • Build and maintain Excel models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and data analysis.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and alignment with enterprise data strategies.
  • Support M&A activities by leading HRIS data integration, migration, and reporting standardization efforts.
  • Document system processes, workflows, and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Train HR team members and end users on system functionality, reporting tools, and data best practices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HRIS experience, preferably within engineering consulting, professional services, or similar project-based environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP (EV6 strongly preferred) and Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets, perform data analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including compensation, talent management, and organizational structures.
  • Experience with HR data governance, system implementations, or integrations (including M&A environments preferred).
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and process discipline.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in multi-entity or acquisitive organizations.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
