Job Posting Location

BangkokManaging HR system, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support to HR and other departments on HRIS-related matters

• Analyze current HR processes and identify areas where technology can automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and free up HR professionals for more strategic work.
• Working closely with end users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Developing solutions that improve efficiency and productivity in the organization
• Maintaining and supporting existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring their continued function and optimizing their performance.
• Work with HR teams and IT departments to streamline workflows and ensure smooth integration between different HR systems or other enterprise system.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest HR technologies that can potentially improve HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
• Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI is preferable.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good in interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command in English.
