HRIS Specialist (Workday/CSOD – 1 Year Contract)
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist with expertise in Workday and/or Cornerstone OnDemand, and a keen interest in leveraging AI‑driven HR technologies, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our HR tech ecosystem by supporting both traditional HRIS functions and emerging AI capabilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of global HR data, providing day-to-day technical support, and maintaining the worker lifecycle. Additionally, you will help evaluate, implement, and optimize AI‑powered tools that enhance data quality, automate workflows, and improve employee and manager self-service experiences.

Support and Maintenance: Oversee the worker lifecycle in Workday, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Optimization: Gather business requirements, design, test, and implement business solutions to optimize processes. Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce transactional workload, and identify high‑impact opportunities for continuous improvement.
Expert Guidance: Provide guidance on HR transactions, processes and AI‑powered features to improve decision-making and user experience.
Collaboration: Act as a liaison among HR, Finance, and Technology teams for operations and HR systems. Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate, implement, and integrate AI‑enabled capabilities that strengthen process efficiency, reporting, and employee self‑service adoption.
