This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HRIS Solutions Developer - Boomi / UKG based in Brazil.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced HRIS and integration professional to support and optimize enterprise workforce technology within a healthcare environment.
You’ll serve as a subject matter expert across UKG Pro Workforce Management and Boomi integration solutions.
The role combines hands-on configuration, integration development, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and continuous optimization.
You’ll work across HRIS, IT, operational, and vendor teams to deliver reliable solutions and meaningful system enhancements.
Your work will help ensure accurate workforce data, dependable integrations, secure system operations, and efficient HR processes.
The position offers significant ownership across the HRIS technology ecosystem, including releases, testing, migrations, and change management.
It’s well suited to a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and improving enterprise systems.

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), including timekeeping, pay rules, time-off policies, scheduling, analytics, Data Hub, and productivity functionality.
• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Boomi integrations connecting UKG with other enterprise applications.
• Build and support APIs, inbound and outbound interfaces, data mappings, transformations, and cloud-based connectors.
• Manage UKG releases, system updates, security configurations, testing activities, and production migrations.
• Monitor integration performance, investigate errors, and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability and data integrity.
• Partner with HRIS, IT, operational teams, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements, integrations, and technology projects.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, processes, and system changes.
• Follow established change management and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes to ensure controlled and reliable deployments.
• Identify opportunities to improve HRIS functionality, integration performance, data quality, and overall system efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on UKG, Boomi, and broader enterprise HRIS integration architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions)
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Boomi integrations in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP, cloud platforms, data transformations, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose complex system and integration issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across HRIS, IT, business, operational, and vendor teams.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver system changes effectively.
• Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
• UKG and/or Boomi certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Python, Workday Studio, or SQL is a plus.
• Strong understanding of enterprise HRIS and ERP ecosystems and their integration requirements.
• PMP certification is a plus.
