You will be responsible for managing and optimizing payroll-related HRIS processes, ensuring that payroll solutions are aligned with business requirements, regulatory compliance, and overall project objectives. The role acts as the bridge between HR, Payroll, IT, technical integrators, and business stakeholders, leading payroll process design, system configuration, testing, support, and continuous improvement initiatives in a global environment.
Lead Payroll HRIS Process Design & Governance: Develop and manage the payroll core model, configurations, and process standards.
Drive Payroll System Implementation & Testing: Organize and coordinate data validation, testing campaigns, and user acceptance activities and ensure payroll solutions meet business and compliance requirements before deployment.
Key Stakeholder and Technical Liaison: Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Monitor Performance, Risks & Continuous Improvement: Produce payroll KPIs and maintain dashboards
Support Payroll Architecture, Compliance & User Adoption: Collaborate with technical teams on payroll architecture and process flows. Support training, communications, and change management initiatives.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is considered an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in HRIS Payroll and/or Core HR HRIS projects within a global environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proven experience in HRIS implementation projects (build, deployment, and/or run phases).
Experience working with multinational organizations, consulting firms, or internal HRIS teams and exposure to operational HR processes, particularly in Talent & Performance Management, is a plus.
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), particularly Payroll and Employee Central functionalities.
Knowledge of Security & Access Management within HR systems.
Familiarity with GDPR and HRIS regulatory compliance requirements.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
Experience with testing methodologies, data validation, incident management, KPI reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
