Improving the HR processes (process mapping, value chain, continues improvement)
Managing the HR yearly workplans and budget
5+ years in HRIS/HR tech management within a global environment.
Proven ability to build and own People data foundations: KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting cadences, and data governance.
Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel / Google Sheets required (BI tools — advantage).
Hands-on HRIS ownership (e.g., HiBob or similar): configuration, process automation, and integrations.
Story telling capabilities: Telling story from the data
Experience in supporting and training end users.
High level of thoroughness, accuracy, and attention to details
Creativity and strong problem-solving abilities.
