
We are seeking an experienced HRIS & Data Engineering Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our HR technology and data ecosystem. This role combines deep expertise in HR systems (such as Workday or similar platforms) with strong hands-on leadership in modern data engineering practices.
The role is responsible for overseeing HRIS strategy, integrations, and data governance while also managing scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure that support HR, finance, and business intelligence needs. This position will manage and mentor data engineers, drive automation and AI-enabled solutions, and ensure reliable, high-quality data delivery across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in platforms such as Snowflake and Fivetran, along with enterprise HRIS experience, and excels at partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

The anticipated compensation range is
69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
