· Daily data entry and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platform (ADP Enterprise, Workforce Management, ADP Document Cloud)
· Run standard and custom data reports for Human Resources management and leadership
· Help troubleshoot system errors and user login issues in all Automatic Data Processing (ADP) platforms (Workforce Management, MyADP) as well as C-Cure (physical access system)
· Act as a liaison between the Human Resources team, Information Technology, Information Security, and software vendors
· Under the supervision of the HRIS Analyst, test system updates, patches, and new program features
· Ensure confidentiality and security of all personnel data
· Research, verify, and respond to written and/or oral inquiries from employees and third parties regarding employment verifications for former and current employees; compose and distribute routine written correspondence as necessary
· Conduct disciplinary reviews of internal applicants during the Recruitment process (Applicant Listing)
· Provide backup documents for Audits (Internal and external)
· Perform special projects and assignments as directed by management
· High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
· Minimum two (2) years HRIS and/or HR operations experience with a strong emphasis on data reporting required
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook, required; knowledge of Microsoft Visio preferred
· Strong self-motivation and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and adaptable
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, and listening abilities. Professional appearance and ability to maintain required confidentiality
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, Funds, the union, vendors, and the public. Demonstrates a positive service attitude in all interactions
· Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize assignments
