  • Support audits and access reviews by monitoring audit logs and providing clear analysis and documentation around user permissions.
  • Track and report on incident resolution related to HRIS support tickets and system issues.
  • Design, configure, and manage Role-Based Permission (RBP) structures across all SuccessFactors modules, including country-specific requirements.
  • Ensure all roles follow best practices such as least privilege and proper segregation of duties.
  • Help drive continuous improvement within the HR systems landscape.
  • Perform regular RBP audits, access reviews, and risk assessments while maintaining thorough and organized documentation.
  • Review and strengthen change management processes across SuccessFactors modules.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for RBP structures, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOC, and SOX, as applicable.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, gathering evidence and supporting mitigation plans when needed.
  • Work closely with InfoSec and Compliance teams to ensure platform controls align with enterprise standards.
  • Coordinate biannual SuccessFactors releases and upgrades, assessing impact, supporting testing, and communicating updates.
  • Monitor overall system health, review logs, and troubleshoot performance or access-related issues to ensure a secure and stable environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in an HRIS-focused role, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and how they translate into system design and security.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors and related applications.
  • Deep expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and the broader SuccessFactors landscape.
  • Comfortable partnering with Compliance teams, InfoSec, and business stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience working within regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, or SOC.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central (and other module) certifications are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, IT security principles, and HRIS best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment and managing multiple priorities.

Keys to Success:

  • Builds strong, collaborative relationships across teams
  • Makes thoughtful, informed decisions
  • Drives results and follows through
  • Embraces innovation and continuous improvement
