
Job Title: HRIS Analyst, WFM
This is a hybrid position based at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday.
The WFM Analyst is primarily focused on the support and maintenance of the UKG Pro WFM modules. This position serves as a technical and functional resource for UKG Pro WFM, ensures data integrity, configures system, tests system changes, and troubleshoots functionality with end users. This individual will be responsible for full life-cycle integrations; including analysis, design, system configuration, testing, documentation, and go-live. Deliver ongoing production support, enhance reporting and analytics, and analyze processes for process improvement opportunities. The overall goals of the HR Operations department are to streamline processes, support implementation and acquisitions, and maintain high functionality of all HR systems. The role will report to the Director of Implementations & Integrations and is a hybrid opportunity, with onsite and remote work.
